Grievance Redressal
Your Point of Escalation
1. What Is a Grievance?
A grievance is a formal complaint about a decision or action by FirstBuzz365 that you believe is unfair, incorrect, or in violation of our stated policies or applicable Indian law. This is different from a routine support query (which is handled via our Contact page).
You should raise a grievance if:
- Your refund request was declined and you believe it should have been approved.
- You did not receive a response to your support email within 48 business hours.
- You believe your personal data was handled incorrectly or without your consent.
- You believe content on our website is factually incorrect and we have not corrected it after being notified.
- You believe any FirstBuzz365 product, service, or communication violated your consumer rights under Indian law.
- You experienced a payment dispute that was not resolved through our standard support process.
2. How to Raise a Grievance
To raise a formal grievance, send an email to the Grievance Officer at support@firstbuzz365.com with the following information:

- Order / Transaction reference (if the grievance relates to a purchase)
- Nature of the grievance: Refund, delivery, data privacy, content accuracy, or other
