1. What Is a Grievance?

A grievance is a formal complaint about a decision or action by FirstBuzz365 that you believe is unfair, incorrect, or in violation of our stated policies or applicable Indian law. This is different from a routine support query (which is handled via our Contact page).

You should raise a grievance if:

  • Your refund request was declined and you believe it should have been approved.
  • You did not receive a response to your support email within 48 business hours.
  • You believe your personal data was handled incorrectly or without your consent.
  • You believe content on our website is factually incorrect and we have not corrected it after being notified.
  • You believe any FirstBuzz365 product, service, or communication violated your consumer rights under Indian law.
  • You experienced a payment dispute that was not resolved through our standard support process.
Try Support First For purchase issues, refund requests, and technical problems, please first contact our general support team at support@firstbuzz365.com. The Grievance Officer handles escalations — matters that were not resolved through normal support within the expected timeframe.

2. How to Raise a Grievance

  • Order / Transaction reference (if the grievance relates to a purchase)
  • Nature of the grievance: Refund, delivery, data privacy, content accuracy, or other
  • Previous support ticket reference (if you already contacted support and were not satisfied with the response)
  • Desired resolution: What outcome are you seeking?
  • Supporting evidence: Screenshot or email thread, if applicable
